Phalcon Overland Warranty and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Phalcon Overland!  Below are policies covering warranty and return of goods.

Warranty:  Phalcon Overland warrants refrigerator units against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.  If the unit fails and Phalcon determines the failure is warrantable, Phalcon will supply a replacement unit of identical or similar capability or offer store credit at Phalcon’s discretion.  This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Contents contained in the product at time of failure
  • Failure due to exposure to the elements
  • Failure due to exposure to salt or corrosives
  • Failure due to dropping, mishandling, or exposure to extreme shock / vibration
  • Failure due to using a power source with voltage rates not equal to the supplied power adapter



Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations: 

  • Product shipping box is damaged, suspect goods could be damaged: Refuse the shipment if possible and contact Phalcon for a replacement.  If not, contact Phalcon, Phalcon will issue and RMA and send a replacement
  • Customer wishes to cancel order before product has shipped: Contact Phalcon and the order will be canceled and funds refunded without penalty.
  • Customer wishes to cancel order after shipment but before delivery: Customer contacts Phalcon for an RMA #, customer responsible for shipment back to Phalcon, if shipping packaging intact, purchase price will be refunded.  If shipping packaging is not intact a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customer wishes to exchange product within 14 days or receipt of said product: Contact Phalcon for an RMA #.  Phalcon will issue store credit towards the new but different product.  Customer is responsible for shipping the old unit back unless other arrangements are made with Phalcon.
  • Customer wishes to return the product within 30 days of receipt of said product: Contact Phalcon for an RMA #, customer is responsible for return shipping, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only warranty related returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of product.

Please allow for 5 business days to receive your refund once the RMA has been processed.


Shipping:  shipping instructions will be given to the customer as part of the RMA process.
